When Do Not Call doesn’t seem to work, here’s how to avoid scammers, spammers and robocalls

The Denver Post’s Tamara Chuang gives a reader advice on how to stop the flood of robocalls coming their way, even after they’d registered on the FTC’s Do Not Call Registry and submitting complaints using the FTC’s “Report Unwanted Calls” form.

Chuang gives the reader a more proactive approach by advising them to download a phone app that can block and identify these types of calls (i.e. Hiya).
