In Joanna Stern’s “You Got This” segment in the Wall Street Journal she reports, “Following tax season, IRS scam calls surge. More than 10,368 victims have collectively paid over $55 million as a result of phone scams since October 2013, according to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration.”
