Despite the campaign season coming to an end, this doesn’t mean the number of robocalls will end too. As the FCC met for their second Robocall Strike Force meeting, they’ve made progress but are still tryign to find solutions to cut down on the number of spam and scam calls coming through to your phone.
Thanks to the credit FCC commissioners Pai and Clyburn gave Hiya during the meeting, KTVN 2 News informed a local citizen, Patriciat Patton who never answesr her phone during the political season, about Hiya, “a free app that you can download for smartphones that block or screen unwanted robocalls. ”
